Tomorrow is the day!

Tomorrow is the big day. Gall Bladder and I will be parting ways.

I've tried to make GB's last days fun. We've thrown a Frisbee, thrown a football (perfect spiral if I do say so myself), bought our favorite chocolate/banana swirl ice cream, went for a photography walk in the park, read some good books, and ate a bunch of bacon.

I'm not nervous, but am totally ready for this to happen. I trust the doctors and nurses and am confidant they will do their best.

My new obsession. Purchased on the 10th, gone by the 20th. It's a disease. At one point I actually said, "Damn you Paul Newman and your charity."

The Commander came home on leave and took the boys to Iowa for Fall Break. (Shorty got offered a full 4-year scholarship from the Iowa State ROTC. Woot!) I had four days to myself. I did some crafting. These are those flat-bottomed marbles and magnets thingies. The top row have been given away.
