Dear Friends and Family

(Here is your Christmas letter. In April. I'm either really late or very early.)

Not a lot happening around here.

The Boy is still going to piano lessons and Scouts. He is still reading two grade levels ahead. Still can't spell worth a lick.

Shorty is counting the days down to Graduation and is busy dealing with all of the ROTC and Iowa State paperwork that has been coming his way. So far he has four scholarships that will provide him with puh-lenty of money for the next four years (although he needs enough for the next five years due to ROTC and his major (Civil Engineering) taking a bit longer than most).

The Commander is probably going off of Active Duty in the next few weeks, but he may be applying to work for the Inauguration. I think it would be cool. How many people do you know have been part of a Presidential Inauguration? Plus, I want to go to Washington DC to see the sights.

I'm still in Occupational Therapy for my Carpal Tunnel. It is getting better, but not better enough. And I deleted all of my bookmarks on my computer this morning. Snap.

Here is one of the funniest things I have seen in ages. Enjoy. (Thank you Cursing Mama!)

Oh, and we put our house up on the market last weekend.
